At Meyler Campbell, everything we do is bespoke. The Business Coach Programme is highly personal, individually tailored for everyone and every organisation according to their unique needs. This is possible because we work only in very small groups of one, three or six people each with their individual Tutor.
Everything we do so far as possible is also research-based. That is not easy; with business coaching only 25 years old much basic and applied research is yet to be done, but we seek to be at the forefront of the profession, always moving it on.
Our focus is also resolutely on business. Our graduates learn good sound coaching, but also the essential further complexities of contracting, assessing, and delivering outstanding results, in the turbulent, political – yet incredibly exciting – senior levels of organisational life.
We are committed to our graduates’ success. Several graduates have landed significant new organisational jobs where their deepened ability to coach was key. Others have formed over thirty successful coaching-related businesses in the UK, Europe, North America and beyond.
At the heart of it all, we host Europe’s most dynamic business coaching community. Through the CPD Programme people can keep right up to date – and access its unrivalled networking opportunities. Many in the community also give back, through substantial pro bono and charity coaching activity.
